Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. We stand behind our items, if you are not satisfied, please email mattinoforno@gmail.com so we can better serve you. We are able to process refunds 30 days after receipt, after that we are unable to issue any refunds.
